The Way

Walk into the creation circle  without expectations, without judgement and the magic of the present moment will embrace you and surprise you.

The way leads us into this moment.

Just let it happen and be honest and open to yourself.

The best thing is always the easiest and at the same time it can sometimes be the most difficult thing to put into practice.

Maybe this is so because it seems to be too easy.

How do you deal with your thoughts in this very moment?

The easiest and fastest way is to go with your awareness into one of your energy centers (chakras). For the beginning, the most effective energy center is the one on the inside of your forehead. If you go there with your awareness, you are immediately in the moment and with the impulses that are calling your attention.

If a thought comes up, you can observe it and ask yourself whether you wish to follow this thought or not. Once a thought has come up a clear decision helps to stay in the moment.

Your joy and enthusiasm are good indicators! Follow them.

If feelings or emotions come up (unsolved feelings from the past) many times it is also about making a choice. If I sit in the circle, I speak out this thought or feeling or I decide not to deal with it right now.

If I make a clear choice thoughts will not keep coming up again and again. If this is still the case, it might be good to take a closer look at these thoughts.

Again and again letting go what is just happening inside of me, what I have expressed or what is happening in the circle in any moment helps to stay in the flow and be free of attachments.

Wherever you direct your attention to will become stronger!

Therefore consider carefully to who and what you are giving your attention.

The way always leads us into this moment and to ourself, into our innermost being and into the circle.
